Seasonal lets

Winter season run from October through May:

Two‐room apartment: € 350,00/month + electricity,water and gas

Three‐room apartment: € 490,00/month + electricity, water and gas
 

 

Payment
30% upon booking by bank transfer or check. This deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The remaining amount 10 days before the handover. Non‐payment of the balance amounts to cancellation.

Deposit of check of € 150.00 to be returned at the end of contract, (to cover eventual damages).

 

Final cleaning
€ 30.00 ‐ hob and sink are responsibility of the customer.


Note :Animals are prohibited, smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
